After numerous battles and the intervention of the Israeli Prime Minister, Dan Goldberg is finally going home with his babies:

Dan Goldberg and his children will arrive in Israel from India during the weekend, according to family members. For almost two months Goldberg has been in India with his two children that were born to a surrogate mother. The Jerusalem Family Court had initially refused to allow tissue testing to ascertain the identity of the children’s father and thus enable them to enter the country, but the city’s regional court sent the case back and the tests were finally approved.
