A small little miracle amidst all the tragedy – a baby born at a shelter set up in Fukushima:

A mother holding her newborn baby who was born at one of the evacuation centers set up in Fukushima, Japan.

I can only hope that this mother and child have now been moved far away from that evacuation center given the radiation being emitted from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.
