Proposed Puerto Rico Bill That Would Have Criminalized Compensated Surrogacy & Egg Donation Dies In Committee

Good news out of Puerto Rico as proposed legislation which would have criminalized compensated gamete donation and surrogacy received a negative report from the Puerto Rico Criminal Justice Committee and will now die in committee.
